Their most recent development is The Bellettini, a 145-unit luxury apartment home complex in the heart of downtown Bellevue, Washington.

Property Management

Lytle Enterprises’ retirement communities are managed by Leisure Care, LLC. Lytle Enterprises sold Leisure Care in 2003 and today the two companies enjoy a strong operational partnership. Lytle Enterprises maintains ownership of its assets, while Leisure Care provides management in a style that sets them apart in today’s senior housing industry.
