Lytle Enterprises Announces Completion of New Luxury Standard in Senior Living - The Bellettini

Lytle Enterprises, a national developer of senior housing, announce the completion of its most ambitious new development in the family of senior homes from the company, The Bellettini. Located on 1.3 acres at 1115 - 108th Avenue NE, Bellevue, Wash. its 145 one and two bedroom apartments ranging from 700 - 2,400 square feet, these homes offer luxury living at new heights.

“It is critical that Lytle Enterprises continue it leadership in bringing senior living to a new level of quality, dignity and luxury so that seniors who have worked and saved all of their lives have a wonderful place to enjoy their retirement years,” said Chuck Lytle, founder of Lytle Enterprises. “Since we founded Lytle in 1976, our mission was to design homes that honored senior living and offered options for those beyond traditional assisted living centers. The Bellettini truly is the culmination of that goal.”

Fashioned after luxury hotel services rather than traditional senior living, The Bellettini will be home to Toscano, an upscale restaurant, Panini’s Bistro and Wine Bar, Primefit™ Fitness Center, spa and salon, massage therapy, private transportation, library, media lounge, Brain Fitness Center™, full-service travel agency, concierge services, guest services directory, underground parking and valet, and pet walking areas.

Positioned for rapid growth, Lytle Enterprises is aggressively pursuing new senior housing projects. “Our company has been pioneers in this industry, quietly designing senior housing that is setting the standard for others to follow,” says Ron Smith, vice president-development for Lytle Enterprises. Smith joined the company in fall 2007 to reposition and expand the portfolio of the company. Together with Jill Ashton, senior vice president, Lytle has been aggressively negotiating new acquisitions and development projects around the country.

“We are less known outside of the Puget Sound region than some of the big names in senior housing, but the quality and forward thinking approach we have taken with our properties around the county are turning heads in our direction,” says Smith.
