Lytle Enterprises has been a privately held, family-owned business from the beginning. Chuck and Karen Lytle have consistently pioneered changes in the way retirement communities are developed and operated, to keep the focus where it belongs - on their residents. In fact, the company was started (with “$2,500 and a dream”) after Chuck was unable to find a quality retirement facility for his grandfather. There simply were not any good options at the time other than nursing homes.
